Your account data is held securely and accessed only by zx10r staff with a legitimate operational reason.

Data Retention

We retain your account and transaction records for the period required by the jurisdiction in which your account operates. After that period, records are securely deleted from our systems in accordance with our internal data policy.

zx10r.co uses session and preference cookies to keep your account logged in and to remember your lobby settings. You can manage cookie preferences from your browser at any time without affecting core account functionality.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication is available on every account and we recommend enabling it. Login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger an automated verification step before access is granted to your wallet or game history.

Access Requests

To request a copy of the personal data held on your account, use the Data Request form in your account settings. We process these requests within 30 days and deliver the data in a readable format to your registered email address.

Corrections & Updates

If any personal detail on your account is incorrect — name spelling, registered mobile number or linked UPI or PhonePe handle — contact support with a correction request and we will update the record within 5 working days.

Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by submitting a closure request through account settings or via email support. Any pending Paytm or UPI withdrawals are processed before the account is deactivated and records archived.

Deposits via UPI and PhonePe are credited to your account wallet once the payment rail confirms receipt, usually within a minute. Withdrawals follow a verification step under our terms before funds are released back to your UPI handle or PhonePe wallet.

You have the right to request a copy of your data, ask for corrections to inaccurate details, and request deletion of records that are no longer required by applicable law. All such requests are handled through account settings or email support within 30 days.
